What makes small batch roasting better than mass production?

Small batches roast more evenly because temperature and timing get precise attention for each run. Coffee doesn't sit in warehouses losing freshness before shipping. You taste the difference in aroma and flavor when beans are roasted to order instead of months in advance.

Are the coffee pods the same quality as whole bean coffee?

Our coffee pods are designed to offer the same focus on freshness, flavor, and quality as our bagged coffee, with the convenience of a single-serve format. They are packaged for compatibility with Keurig-style brewers.

What's the difference between single origin and blended coffee?

Single-origin coffee comes from one specific country, region, or growing area, allowing the characteristics of that origin to stand out. Blends combine coffees from multiple origins to create a balanced and consistent flavor profile.

Can I try different coffees before committing to a full bag?

Six-count sample packs include 2-ounce portions of origins like Cowboy Breakfast, Peru, Mexico, and Bali. This lets you test multiple roasts without buying full-size bags.

What grind options work best for different brewing methods?

Coarse grind works well for French press and cold brew, standard grind is suited to most automatic drip coffee makers, and espresso grind is designed for espresso machines and Moka pots. Whole bean is also available for customers who prefer to grind their coffee fresh at home.

How does the subscription service work if I need to skip a delivery?

Subscriptions can be managed or canceled at any time without penalties or cancellation fees.
